Wanted –  Consultant Lawyers – self-employed

We are innovative in the way we are set up, the way we operate and how we deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. We use the latest technology across the whole business, in how we communicate and in how we conduct matters as well as only engaging with experts in their field.

We have expanded rapidly each year since our inception in 2011 and are constantly looking for forward-thinking lawyers to join the team growth. Our consultants are self-employed and work from their own offices or home premises. This gives them total flexibility to work ‘when they want and where they want’.

We prefer engaging with those who bring a following with them; however, we are open to work with those who we feel are the right fit and believe they are able to build their practice. There is also a remunerated, and ‘very’ active, cross referral system in the firm that generates even more money for anyone who refers to a Berlad Graham colleague.

Engaging with us as self-employed, and the way in which we are set up to minimise overheads, results in a very generous remuneration package to you.

You will be dealing with the partners directly and we have individual monthly meetings with all fee earners, either on Skype, WhatsApp or face-to-face, so we can support you with your current caseload and discuss what business development opportunities you might have to help grow your client base.

Are you fed up with:

9 to 5 in the office?
the traffic at each end of the day?
the office politics?
the admin and management for no remuneration?
the lack of flexibility?
control your own destiny and create the future you ‘want’?

Do you want:

to retain more of the money you generate?
work when and where you want?
enjoy extra remuneration when referring a client to a colleague?
greater flexibility to take the dog for a walk, watch the kids school play or sports day?
control your own destiny and create the future you ‘want’?

If your answers to the questions above are Yes, then contact us to discuss how we can help improve your future!
